Sena V/s Sena fight is taking a legal twist on every step, initially the suspension matter went to court, then for the name of the party and symbol issue went ro Court and now the freezing of the Shivsena How and Arrow symbol by Election Commission has again gone to the Court.
After the split in Shivsena the Uddhav Thackeray led faction and Eknath Shinde faction going to Courts against each other on every issue has become a routine, be it challenging the Dusshera rally at Shivaji Park and now the freezing of shivsena name and symbol both sides have left no stone unturned to show the other side down.
Whatever happens on the suspension of 16 MLAs in Supreme Court both the factions are trying their level best to pin the other side down, a grand old party which worked with the ideology of Hindutva saw a change in stance with Uddhav Thackeray breaking up with the Bjp post Assembly Elections in Maharashtra and formation of MVA Government.
Bjp made it’s intentions very clear from the word go first by breaking Ajit Pawar from the NCP camp and the early morning swearing in and then breaking away majority of Shivsena MLAs and MP’s on the ideology issue, all this just to regain power back on Maharashtra.
Whatever happens in Courts will decide the future of Uddhav Thackeray, Eknath Shinde and the rest of the breakaway faction of Shivsena, Uddhav Thackeray is on the verge of losing control but also the party nurtured by his father Late Bala Saheb Thackeray.
