Mira-Bhayandar Municipal Corporation has been in the lime light for all the wrong reasons, with various Frauds happening either for the Rich/Politician’s Or for the Boot lickers of Politicians.
Few person’s filed an RTI with the PWD Department for a same case file atleast 9 times and too their surprise everytime they filed the RTI, the same file had back dated papers added to it every time in the reply and documents received !!
Yes, you read it right đ,Mira Bhayandar Municipal Corporation Pwd Dept along with the Buildings department cheated people of Siddhivinayak Marg, in Bhayandar west by breaking all known laws i.e. Land Acquisition Act, Bombay Municipal Corporation Act & Town Planning Act.
Here’s the gist of the Fraud by MBMC where the Municipal Corporation flouted every norm and law to favour a builder and a boot licker of Politician’s who calls himself a Mantralaya Journalist but is a stinger with National Channel.
As per Land acquisition act any land which goes in road cutting,the land owner needs to file a objection for it within a period of maximum 3 months against which either the Municipal Corporation gives a Compensation to the land owner or provides him with additional FSI, but has anyone ever heard that a road in existence past 25 years suddenly geta reduced because a second land owner suddenly buys a land gone in road cutting and says that he wants his land back, that too when he has no right to claim the portion gone in road cutting, which already has Utilities like Gutters, Street Lights water line and Underground Sewerage and all this is done by whom ? MBMC ,which has spent more than 3 crores+ on the same road in past 25 years.
The biggest Fraud is the second land owner buys a land gone in road cutting in as is where is Position and ropes in a Political Boot licker to capture the road back as his own land to construct a residential building on it (the actual plot was not fit to make a building as it was not fitting as per the legal Norms), the boot licker and so called Journalist (Stinger) had approached atleast 5 previous Commissioners of MBMC for taking over the road (Siddhivinayak Marg) for the builder but was refused bluntly, then comes in Commissioner Mr.Balaji Khatgaonkar during who’s tenure MBMC standing Committee (Majorly headed and which has Bjp Corporators)A Bjp Corporator of the ward under which Siddhivinayak Marg moves a proposal in 2020 to increase the road width of Siddhivinayak Marg to 9 meters, but, with factually with incorrect width shown in the proposal, a road which has a smallest width of approx 4.9 mtrs at 1 place only and has a maximum width of 15.5 mtrs is presented in the Standing Committee proposal as less than 7 mtrs max width (Proposal is to make the road wider to 9mtrs).
As per law MBMC publishes Public Notices and calls for objections form the general Public,These objections are to be heard by the standing Committee before deciding on the proposal moved,As per the prevailing Laws MBMC standing Committee has to conduct a hearing for the above and consider Citizens interest, but neithee MBMC put up Notice Boards of the same on Siddhivinayak Marg (which is Mandatory) not conducted any hearing of objections filed !!!
In the mean time the Commissioner Balaji Khatgaonkar gets transferred and comes in another Blue eyed boy of Maharashtra CM Mr. Eknath Shinde i.e. Mr. Dilip Dhole, who overrides all norms and clears the proposal of road widening which iin actual is a proposal to reduce the road width to favour a second land owner under the influence of the Political Boot licker/ so called Journalist ( Stinger), whereas he had no right to do so legally.
When Citizens of Siddhivinayak Marg approached the Commissioner of MBMC Dilip Dhole he points out that the proposal is cleared by his predecessor Mr. Balaji Khatgaonkar, meanwhile the Political Boot licker /So called journalist (Stinger) on a public holiday starts getting a boundary erected on the road to which people object and call up MBVV Police but even they don’t act when the so called Journalist (Stinger) refuses to show any documents which have approval to the plot owner !!
