State Urban Development Minister Eknath Shinde has announced that no permission will be required for construction of houses up to 1500 square feet in the state.

The announcement was made by Eknath Shinde while addressing a press conference in Aurangabad. This will save the help of the government office for the citizens who are currently thinking of building a house. At this time, he reviewed the ongoing development works within the limits of Aurangabad Municipal Corporation.

This time, he said, all construction will be regularized by December 31, 2020. Also, if you want to build a house up to 1500 square feet from here, you will not need the permission of the Municipal Corporation. This decision of the Urban Development Department will save the time of many small consumers in government offices.

This will benefit 55,000 families in the state. Apart from this, construction of houses up to 3,000 square feet will be allowed in 10 days, Shinde said.
