Shiv Sena MLA Pratap Sarnaik has alleged that BJP MLA of Mira Bhayandar Narendra Mehta has made a big goof up by entering in his constituency and carrying out illegal demolition with full Police Protection from Thane Rural Police, dragging the Police into unwanted controversy of assisting illegal demolitions !!!!
Not only the Police but also the ward officer has been dragged in to a Controversy of illegal demolition of a running industry by giving a notice on Saturday and before the industries could do anything legally, MBMC started demolition on Sunday !!!
It seems MLA Narendra Mehta has lost his mind otherwise why and how can he enter a constituency which is not his and forcefully carry out illegal demolitions ? and that too without giving a legal option to the end Victims ? The ward officer on Camera said that they don’t want the people to go to Court and obtain a stay !!!!
Why ? there is no democracy in this country ? Are Court’s meant for Jokes ? Is without legal method carrying out demolition legal ?
Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis needs to rein in MLA Narendra Mehta soon before because of his misadventures BJP loses the Mira Bhayandar Constituency, as anger of people has been growing rapidly against him because of his Money Mindedness as alleged by MLA Pratap Sarnaik from Shiv Sena, who has alleged that the demolition was to facilitate #RNABuilder
MBMC Commissioner and Thane Rural Police is being made unnecessary Scape Goat because of misadventures of BJP MLA Narendra Mehta.
MLA Pratap Sarnaik said that he will be taking to task anybody who tries any misadventures in his Constituency, as per him he had already spoken to the Factory owners and they had promised him cooperation provided MBMC takes their cause into consideration,
Mr.Sarnaik said that the illegal demolition drive undertaken had destroyed running Machineries which was absolutely wrong.
