In a bizzarre manner BMC office has given permission on 14th August to slaughter 5 Goat’s to a person named Neil Armstrong in Room No 13 and a member of the Bar too was given a similar permission to slaughter goats in Room No.52 of the Bombay High Court, a petition has been filed in the court and evidences were kept in front of the Hon.Court bench of Justice Abhay Oka and Riyaz Changla.
The bench was shocked to see that permissions have been given without even applying common sense by BMC official’s, animals can be only slaughtered in a licensed slaughter house of the BMC.
The BMC has accepted it’s mistake and has said that it will stop the online application and permission process immediately.
