Mira Bhayandar Municipal Corporation Water Connection Scam !!
The investigation of thevoiceofcitizens.com reveals a major water Connection Scam of MBMC water Department to facilitate builder’s before they get Building Completion Certificates !!! Details of 1 such investigation has revealed a big nexus is at play in this scam, details below..
Yes, there is a entire chain involved in the scam which starts from Corporator Suresh Khandelwal who also is a Sole selling agent (a broker) for Salasar Builders who have build Radhakrishna Building in Bhayandar west !!!
A RERA registered under construction project with Building Radhakrishna A and B listed on the RERA site, the Architect for which is M/s.Anish & Associates !!! A under construction project which as per RERA site has not yet got completed gets in Occupants to reside in the building even before it gets an Occupancy Certificate !!
Forget Occupancy Certificate
M/s.Salasar Developers because of their Close proximity with a corporator even got 3 water lines approved, allotted, and activated by submitting a fake Building Completion Certificate issued by M/s.Anish & Associates !!! No the building Completion Certificate has no value because as per documents received from Buildings Department the building is still under construction and no Completion Certificate has been issued by them nor authenticated by them which is submitted to water Department of MBMC !!!
So how did the Builder give flat possession to flat owners and also get 3 water lines ? The water Department. file to Radhakrishna buildimg has the name of BJP Corporator Suresh Khandelwal who has submitted and got approved illegal water connection to the building on a fake Building Completion certificate just because he also doubles up as a broker for M/s.Salasar Developers !!!
It’s to be noted that even water department officials starting from a clerk,Junior Engineer, Dy.Engineer all have approved this file just on the name of the corporator !!!
We thevoiceofcitizens.com will now be moving court for registering a FIR against all concerned including the Corporator along with officials of water Dept and demand IPC 420, Cheating and forgery along with charges under prevention of corruption act be registered against them ,and all accused be suspended from their posts along with Cancellation of Architect License of M/s.Anish & Associates for submitting fake Building Completion Certificate and MRTP proceedings should be started against M/s.Salasar Developers for cheating and giving out possession to flats in their RERA registered project and they be black listed and banned from any future construction ….
We, thevoiceofcitizens.com had already informed Commissioner of MBMC Mr.Balaji Khatgaonkar regarding the scam a month back who had diverted us to City Engineer Mr.Shivaji Barkund, all evidences have been shown and submitted to the City Engineer well in advance before proceeding legally against all concerned thru Court, as MBMC Commissioner and City Engineer have failed to register a. FIR against all accused and demand a ACB enquiry of all water connections given to all buildings across Mira Bhayandar.
The law will now take it’s own course !!
