CPGRAMS or PG Portal seemed to be a boon for Citizen’s, but from quite some time complaints lodged on this Portal by citizen’s regarding municipal Corporations are closed without Resolutions and disposed off. experience on another Government website of Maharashtra also seem to be the same i.e. Aap le Sarkar, which sometimes faces login errors or server errors and complaints posted there also get no resolutions.
Is this sheer incompetence or it is negligent and care free attitude of the officer’s to whom complaints are directed, be it any Department or Civic bodies the condition past more than a year has been the same.
Maharashtra Government CM Eknath Shinde along with Dy CM Devendra Fadhnavis need to look at what’s happening in their own backyard, Politics of political parties is taking it’s toll on the citizen’s at large ! and Politicians along with bureaucrats also seem to have a care free attitude and are least bothered of issues of Citizen’s.
Works are held back due to pressures of Politicians from across party line’s, and where these politicians need to speak up for citizen’s, they remain mum. Illegal works are legally done by these officials, bureaucrats and complaints to them go on deaf ears.
Be it any party Government ,finally the Citizen’s are the ones who suffer and there seem to be no liability or responsibility of these people, Municipal Corporation sends staff to illegally disconnect water connections of building for non payment of property tax by individuals, road works and gutter works are stalled because builders want ro reduce a road size which exists after 20 years so that he can construct a building !!
Tax paying Citizens are just left to fend for themselves and suffer, Shoddy roads, water logging issues have taken a back seat for all officials, indirectly Citizen’s are told to shut up and live with what they have, there is more of inconvenience and lack of Governance, to top it all Government Machinery is least bothered of it’s responsibility.
