Maxus Mall in Bhayandar west has been cleaning floor tiles inside its premises, main entrance with Drinking water regularly everyday !!!
Yes, that’s true,we The Voice Of Citizens had complained to MBMC about this twice !!! What did MBMC do ? Nothing !!!
Despite clear evidence of criminal wastage of drinking water ( Water was drank and checked in front of MBMC water Dept staff who came to check the issue) who too confirmed it’s drinking water !!! And what did MBMC do ?
Issue a simple letter stating it’s brought to their notice that drinking water is being used for cleaning floor tiles on Road inside Maxus Mall !! That’s it ?
Infact Maxus Mall Authorities lied to MBMC official’s in front of us stating it’s Tanker water which is non drinkable !!! We ourselves checked along with MBMC water Dept person that water was drinking water which even was confirmed by MBMC official !!!
On one side we have campaigns running by various Non Govt Bodies and even the Prime Minister of India to Save Water and what is done is sheer Criminal Wastage !!!
Citizens of Mira Bhayandar get drinking water supply after 48 to 56 hours and wastage like this by Commercial Establishments is being neglected !!!
MBMC Water Dept officials are answerable that why no penalty is imposed for wastage of Water on Maxus Mall ??? We will continue to track this story till it reaches it’s logical end.
